The working steps of replacing the tray equipment in the pharmaceutical factory:
1. For the goods that cannot be placed upside down after changing the pallet:
1. Use a forklift to place the goods on the pallet changer;
2. Clamp the goods;
3. Turn the pallet and the goods together by 180 degrees;
4. Loosen the splint;
5. Replace the tray;
6. Clamp the goods again;
7. Turn the pallet and the goods together again by 180 degrees;
8. Loosen the splint;
9. Remove the goods with the pallet from the pallet changer with a forklift.
2. For the goods that can be placed upside down after changing the pallet:
1. Use a forklift to place the goods on the pallet changer;
2. Place the pallet that needs to be replaced on top of the cargo;
3. Clamp the goods;
4. Turn the pallet and the cargo together by 180 degrees;
5. Loosen the splint;
6. Remove the original pallet from the top of the goods;
7. Remove the goods with the pallet from the pallet changing machine with a forklift.
