In continuation of the RFQ on the cathodic packaging line, below answers to frequently
asked questions, please study them carefully, We hope they will help you to submit your
technical and commercial proposal:
Cathode plates of size 860mm x 960mm x 10mm, packed in bags, weight up to 1.5t, tied
with steel tape. Weight of one cathode plate ranges from 30 to 80 kg.
- The size of the hanger does not affect the staging of the packing tape.
- Loading method: The loading station consists of a lifting table with rails for fork grippers or
an overhead crane.’ The loading station lowers the pouch onto a receiving conveyor, which can
hold up to four pouches. The receiving conveyor transports the packages to the unloading unit.
There are 30 to 60 copper cathode sheets per stack. Its height is between 500 and 700 mm. .
The weight of one pile ranges from 2 to 3.5 tons. The sheets are neatly arranged. Loading a
few sheets in a horizontal position.
- The operator of the cathode inspection conveyor visually inspects the cathodes and
commands the cathode selector to take a cathode to the defective cathode collecting station if
any flatness defects are found on the cathodes. The defective cathodes are transported to the
defective cathode sampling station.
