Requirements for documents for commissioning:
The description must include:
– equipment adjustment reports;
– data on brands (analogues) and the quantity of all necessary lubricants and
coolants for commissioning;
– test reports.
Requirements for technical documentation:
· Mechanical equipment:
– lists and drawings of the main components and assemblies of equipment;
– description of equipment maintenance;
– kinematic scheme of drives;
– a list of supplied accessories and adjustment devices,
equipment setup and maintenance.
· Hydraulic equipment:
– technical characteristics of hydraulic equipment;
– specification of hydraulic equipment;
– basic hydraulic scheme;
– maintenance of the hydraulic system.
· Electrical equipment:
– description of maintenance of electrical equipment;
– circuit diagrams
– schemes of pipe routes and connections
– wiring diagrams
– cable magazine
– power supply schemes
– description of electrical control;
– emergency and warning signaling.
· APCS systems:
– documentation must be in Russian. When making changes to the APCS systems during commissioning, the supplier must reflect the changes made in the documentation and provide an updated version of the documentation;
– a mandatory requirement for delivery is the availability of an up-to-date layout of sensors, actuators. Designations (codes) of sensors and actuators must correspond to the designations given in the updated PLC program;
– in the case of using absolute position sensors, a prerequisite is the provision of instructions for their calibration (setting to the initial position);
– as part of the documentation, instructions for administering an industrial computer in Russian should be provided;
– the supplier is obliged to provide a complete list of logins and passwords used at the workstation;
– documentation is supplied in Russian in paper and electronic form. The number of copies and requirements for documentation are specified at the conclusion of the contract;
– PLC modules and distributed peripherals in the symbol tables must contain information about the marking of connecting lines.
The following documents should be included in the set of design estimates for automated process control systems:
– explanatory note;
– block diagram of a complex of technical means;
– automation scheme;
– cable routing scheme;
– layout of equipment and wiring;
– cable magazine;
– scheme (table) of connections and connections;
– specification of equipment, products and materials;
– drawings of installation of technical means;
– drawings of a general view of cabinets (console);
– drawings of views on the internal planes of cabinets (console);
– tables of cabinets (console) connections;
– circuit diagrams;
– power supply schemes;
– specification of equipment, products and materials;
– a set of budget documentation.
The explanatory note should describe all the main technical solutions for the creation of automated process control systems. The composition and content of the explanatory note is determined by the contractor.
The following documents should be included in the set of operational documentation for the process control system:
– program and methodology for testing automated process control systems;
– technical description and operating instructions for automated process control systems.
The technical description and operating instructions for the APCS should include instructions for configuring applications, administering servers, workstations, terminals, APCS operator panels, in Russian. The technical description and operating instructions for the APCS should include sections describing the step-by-step procedure for installing the entire software package on the APCS hardware.
A set of documentation for automated process control systems must comply with the requirements of current standards in the subject area: GOST 24.104-85, GOST 24.701-86, GOST 34.601-90, GOST 34-602-89, GOST 34-201-89, GOST 34.603-92, SP77. 13330-2016, GOST 21.408-2013, etc.
The Contractor must transfer to the customer a set of documentation in four copies on paper and one copy of the set of documentation on electronic media (memory card) in pdf format and in an editable development format.
· Pneumatic equipment:
– maintenance manual for the pneumatic system.
· Cooling, ventilation and air conditioning systems:
– maintenance manual for the cooling, ventilation and
conditioning.
· Control and measuring systems:
– standard programs.
