In continuation of the RFQ on the cathodic packaging line, below answers to frequently
asked questions, please study them carefully, We hope they will help you to submit your
technical and commercial proposal:
- When the cathode bundle reaches the strapping block, the strapping table lifts the bundle
off the conveyor chain. The bayonets of the strapping block then move to the forward position,
strapping heads to the top of the bundle. When the bayonets are in the forward position, the
tape feed begins. The tapes are wrapped around the pouch, tightened, and cut. After the first
strapping, the bayonets are retumed to the reverse position, and the strapping head returns to
the upper position. The strapping table then turms the pouch 90 degrees and the same cycle is
repeated again. After the second strapping, the bag is rotated back to position 0 and the
strapping table lowers the bag onto the bag conveyor.
- Unloading method: The unloading station consists of a lifting table with forklift rails or an
overhead crane.
