Documentation requirements of steel pipe strapping machine
General requirements:
All documentation must be translated into Russian:
– 3 sets of manuals on paper;
– 3 sets of documents and drawings on paper;
– 2 sets of the above documents on electronic media in PDF format and development format.
All programs for the equipment must be submitted in the development format with comments in Russian for each symbol and variable.
The general description should include:
– technical characteristics of the equipment;
– setup, adjustment and operating modes of the device;
– safety regulations;
– description of security systems;
– incidental risks for the operator.
Requirements for the documents of the construction part:
– construction task (with energy supply points and their parameters);
– general layout of equipment on the foundation and loads;
– specification and drawings of foundation bolts and embedded parts.
Requirements for documents for installation work:
Installation and technical requirements in accordance with GOST 24444-87 “Technological equipment. General installation and technological requirements”;
The description must include:
– description of dismantling and transportation of equipment;
– description of the equipment assembly.
